You did an amazing job and we have heard nothing but positive feedback from the presentation. The topic was so interesting and there were so many questions, I know you could have spoken for another hour, Cathy.
Cathy, I was serious when I said you should consider "taking your presentation on the road".....your knowledge on the subject is incredible and you have a wonderfully sincere way of making the subject so real, the stories that you've experienced with your own children made it so personal.
The food you served was just perfect, the chicken, the fruit kabobs, and the biscuits were all delicious. I was so glad you brought some extra biscuits along and that you sold them. I did get an e-mail about contacting information and I sent it along-you may have heard from one of the gals who wanted to reach you?
Again, thank-you both for taking the time from your busy schedule to put this presentation together and for sharing @ The Woman's Club. Thank you for a wonderful dinner which received rave reviews especially the pulled pork. Everyone loved the entire menu and someone even said that the chocolate cake was the best they ever had. Hi Brian:
Steve and I want you to know that Friday night was absolutely perfect! The food was amazing, and Ernie was wonderful! The oysters were so delicious, and all but 2 were devoured. If we extended cocktail hour another hour, we probably could have gone through another round! Really. The spicy mushrooms were a perfect counterpoint to the oysters and we all enjoyed. The salad was superb; the dressing was especially good with the peppery arugula, tart goat cheese, and sweet figs. There were 2 biscuits left that we saved and shared with breakfast the next day. What can I say about the lamb and the lobsters? They were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I never had a lobster tail so TENDER and JUICY and the combination with the lamb was beyond wonderful. Dessert was divine! Quite unnecessary after that meal, but we all agreed it was the best chocolate dessert we ever had. All in all, a perfect meal in every way, but I would expect nothing less from you.
Now Ernie! His timing was perfect; he was unobtrusive but there when we needed him. He seemed to anticipate our wants and needs. Obviously a good chef and truly a real nice guy! He was so quiet in the kitchen you wouldn't know he was there. And the icing on the cake—the kitchen was spotless when he left. What a joy!
All in all, Brian, a truly memorable evening of decadent food and indulgent service. We're all still talking about it today. Thank you so very much.

The After wedding party was exactly as we had hoped. Your presentation of foods offered on both occasions was to be commended. Everything was fresh and delectable and just kept coming as dishes were getting emptied. I so appreciated your attentiveness to the clean up and food storage after the events. I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you for everything that you helped with for our wedding day. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!! It was brilliant and enjoyed by everyone. A special thanks to the chefs who cooked and provided food; the children said it was delicious (but healthy). (There were compliments from the adults too who had anticipated Burgers.) It just looked so good. Funny how things go; as always the handed round desserts hit the spot, but we had people from the deep south who wanted to know about the sweet potato biscuits. One child was overwhelmed with the asparagus. So many stayed over that we served dinner; lucky that I anticipated "Bangers and Mash with Baked Beans, enough to feed an army or children who had spent the day in the pool or maybe their parents! From the sublime to the ridiculous!!! Thank you so much too, to Ernie and Bridget who let me enjoy the party.

You handled a big wedding in a small area the best I have ever seen. Hope you were not too stressed. It looked easy and flawless. A few of our guests who are professional planners and caterers kept commenting how excellent the buffet (which I never saw) looked and how perfect the food presentation was and of course I did eat so I did not need them to tell me the food was superb. Now that I have recovered (somewhat) from the events of Saturday, I wanted to thank you and your wonderful staff for a job well done. We could not have been more pleased with the food, with the service, and with the hard work all of you did that evening. And we all agreed that you were absolutely correct about everything: the fact that you have a very accomplished staff (so many people commented on that), the amount of food, the amount of liquor and wine (we thought we would need more, so have had quite a bit left over), and the fact you and your staff could have in fact gotten all the tables set up. And we appreciated the great clean up your staff did. Best of all, my very particular husband declared that the oysters were absolutely delicious!
